PDI MARU

TRUST · DATA · RESPONSIBILITY

Know what PDI knows—and what still needs confirmation.

This is a pre-launch service and privacy summary. Final customer terms, retention periods, overseas-processing disclosure and company registration details must be approved before public paid launch.
01

Identity

Passwords, verification emails and social login sessions are handled by managed authentication. PDI D1 stores only the immutable member subject and business profile.

02

Contact

PDI stores only the channel ID, phone number or email you choose and consent to use. Contact values are encrypted. We never ask for a WhatsApp, WeChat, LINE, Zalo, Telegram or KakaoTalk password.

03

Ask PDI

Your question is checked against PDI data first. Live web tools are used only when enabled and are labelled. OpenAI requests are configured not to be stored by the API; PDI stores no raw public question for improvement, only an anonymized category signal when you consent.

04

Freshness

A source date, PDI check date and live availability are different facts. A recommendation is not a booking, and time-sensitive facts must be reconfirmed.

05

Paid work

PDI platform/coordination fees, statutory brokerage, professional fees, supplier prices, tax and FX effects are separated before payment.

06

Professional boundary

General platform information is not legal, tax, immigration, insurance or accounting advice. Regulated work starts only after the appropriate licensed professional accepts a defined scope.

Current processing map

Managed authentication is prepared on a Supabase project in the Tokyo region. The final privacy notice must disclose relevant overseas processing/transfer and be reviewed for the countries served. PDI member work records and encrypted contact preferences are stored in the Site’s managed database.

USFK and public information

PDI MARU is not the U.S. Department of Defense, USFK or an installation Housing Office. Official housing, immigration, emergency and safety information remains free and links to the responsible authority.
