COMMON QUESTIONS

What the price does—and does not—mean.

Does a report include a home booking or contract?

No. A decision report compares and explains. Availability confirmation, viewing, term requests, brokerage, contract and move-in execution are separate managed or licensed work.

Is the “from” price a final quote?

No. It is the minimum PDI scope currently designed. The final quote shows complexity, timing, locations, revisions, third parties and the responsible professional or supplier.

Can PDI guarantee USFK, visa, landlord, bank or investment approval?

No. PDI organizes evidence and execution around the controlling institution or counterparty. Decisions remain with that authority.

Why is professional work separate?

It makes responsibility visible. Legal, tax, accounting, appraisal, regulated insurance and other professional work is quoted and performed under the named licensed party.
